Regrettably, once an order is submitted, we are unable to accommodate changes or cancellations due to our rapid order processing system. To rectify any errors or update address information, we advise reaching out to the customer service email provided in your tracking email for assistance. If the order has already been processed, it cannot be modified and will be shipped as originally placed.

Currently, we only accept Cash On Delivery (COD) on our website. However, we are working on integrating Credit & Debit card payment options very soon. Stay tuned for updates!

We recommend visiting any of our MM kiosks nationwide to find your perfect foundation match. Unfortunately, we do not offer samples at this time.
